Design Prep + Onboarding

We’ll establish your project scope, priorities, budget, timeline, and overall direction, while collecting measurements, plans, inspiration, and any other essential information. This thoughtful preparation allows our team to move into design with a clear understanding of your needs and a streamlined plan for the phases ahead.

Design Development

This is where the vision for your home begins to take shape. We establish the overall aesthetic and thoughtfully develop each space by selecting finish selections and key design details.

We’ll create and present curated design boards, renderings and sourced samples to help you clearly visualize the direction of your home.

All design concepts and key selections will be presented for your review and approval before moving into detailed documentation and the next phase of the project.

Measurement Guides & Documentation

We translate the approved design into detailed drawings and specifications to guide your contractor and trades through execution. This may include floor plans, elevations, tile layouts, lighting plans, millwork details, and installation direction.

A comprehensive Spec Book organizes all approved materials, finishes, fixtures, and product information, creating a clear reference for purchasing and installation.

Project Oversight & Installation

Throughout implementation, we stay closely involved with your builders and trades to answer design questions, review progress, and keep the design vision on track.

As furnishings arrive, our team brings each space to life through thoughtful installation and styling. We coordinate furniture, artwork, lighting, accessories, and finishing details to create a home that feels complete and beautifully layered.
